Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Aim Precision (“we”, “us”) for your access to aimprecision.app and related pages (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Aim Precision is a free, browser-based aim trainer and aim test. Drills, scoring, sound, and settings run in your browser. We may add, change, or remove modes, features, or the Service itself at any time without notice.

The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial training and entertainment. Results are informational and do not guarantee improvement in any game or competition.

You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

No account is required. You are responsible for the device, browser, and connection you use to access the Service.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service except as allowed by law
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others
• Misrepresent scores, affiliation, or endorsement by Aim Precision
• Use automated tools in a way that harms availability or integrity of the Service

We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

The Service — including its name, design, drills, copy, graphics, and code — is owned by Aim Precision or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal aim training.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission, except for ordinary browser caching and personal use.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores, reaction times, or other metrics are accurate for any particular purpose. Training can involve repetitive clicking and screen time; use the Service responsibly and take breaks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aim Precision and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, scores, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us to use it in the twelve months before the claim. Because the Service is free, that amount is zero unless a mandatory law says otherwise.

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may use analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to understand aggregate traffic and how the site is used. Details, including cookies and opt-out options, are in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Aim Precision operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
