Privacy Policy

Aim Precision is built to stay out of your data. This policy explains what stays on your device, what Google Analytics may record, and the choices you have.

Last updated August 18, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Aim Precision (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use aimprecision.app (the “Service”). We do not require an account. Training scores and settings are stored locally in your browser unless you clear them.

2. What we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not require a name, login, or payment details to train.

We do not upload your aim scores, accuracy, reaction times, or crosshair settings to our servers. Those values are generated and stored on your device.

3. Data stored on your device

The trainer uses your browser’s local storage to remember things such as:

  • Game settings (reticle style, colors, sound, and similar preferences)
  • Recent session results (hits, misses, accuracy, reaction time, and related stats)

This information never leaves your browser as part of gameplay. Clearing site data, using private browsing, or blocking storage will reset or prevent that history. We cannot recover local stats for you.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Service in aggregate — for example, which pages are viewed, roughly where traffic comes from, device and browser type, and general engagement. This helps us improve the trainer and the site.

Google Analytics may collect or infer information such as:

  • Pages visited, referring URLs, and approximate location (often at city or region level)
  • Device, browser, and operating system details
  • Timestamps and interaction events (such as page views)
  • Online identifiers, including cookies or a similar client identifier assigned by Google

Google processes this data on our behalf as an analytics provider. Google may also use this information in accordance with its own policies. You can read more in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics’ data practices.

You can opt out of Google Analytics in supporting browsers with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may limit what Analytics can record.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics typically sets cookies or uses local storage to distinguish sessions and returning visitors. These identifiers are used for analytics, not to log you into Aim Precision.

Your browser may also store first-party local storage keys that the trainer uses for settings and scores, as described above. Those are functional, not advertising cookies.

6. How we use information

We use analytics information to:

  • Understand which parts of the Service people use
  • Diagnose issues and improve performance and design
  • Measure traffic and the effectiveness of the site

We do not use local training stats for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data is processed by Google as described in this policy. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the Service, or in connection with a merger, sale, or similar transaction involving Aim Precision — in which case this policy would still apply or you would be notified of a change.

8. Retention

Local settings and scores remain on your device until you clear them or your browser deletes them. Google Analytics retains data according to the retention settings we configure in Analytics and Google’s own retention rules.

9. Your choices

  • Clear site data in your browser to remove local settings and scores
  • Use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or cookie controls described above
  • Stop using the Service at any time

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Service, use the contact option on our About Us page so we can look into it.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.

12. Contact

Privacy questions can be sent through the contact option on our About Us page.
